At USA Real Estate Property For Sale, we offer a fresh new approach to marketing your property for sale, combining professionalism with a personal service.

Our story began in 2006 when four friends meeting at a beachfront marisquería ended up discussing the issues surrounding ‘international’ real estate. At the time, they each had been trying to sell a property of their own and were all disappointed by the lack of innovation and variety shown by the listing services, not to mention the impersonal nature of the whole listing process.

They also felt with properties being such high-value items and with an increasing number of empowered sellers wanting to handle their own sales, more could be done to market these properties more effectively while offering personalized support to those who needed it.

As an experiment, they decided to create a ‘for sale’ website for each of their own properties, cross-marketing each of the others within the same website – effectively creating a mini marketing network. They would then each advertise on whichever medium they felt appropriate to their property with specific emphasis on targeted cost per click advertising that placed their Ad in front of potential buyers.

It wasn’t long before interest started to be generated and within the following 12 months, all 4 properties had been sold – the buyers for 2 of which came through referrals from one of the other websites!

The success of this impromptu experiment provided the catalyst that led to the creation of  the Real Estate Property For Sale Group and the suite of independent websites, that currently exist.

Designed to generate specific exposure and target potential buyers wherever they happen to be, our model is unique in many ways. From a focus on seeking out potential buyers rather than simply waiting for them to find our website, to increasing exposure through ‘internal’ cross-marketing and social media interactivity, we offer innovative marketing strategies and a professional service all in one.

We’re also unique – and true to our original intent  – by offering free personalized support to each and every one of our customers who needs a helping hand to get their sales campaign up and running.
